Look, 1 time I get it. 2 times, I'm a bit upset but not about to write a review. Today, the third time? Ready to unload. BTW this does not apply to all jims locations, just Belmont. I ordered online and in the notes explained in detail "meat cheese and hot sauce only" how do I get lettuce and tomatoes? The next time, same message, I get it flooded with sour cream. Tonight? I requested no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no sour cream. What did I get? All of it. Thats 9 tacos and 36 dollars down the drain. Even my dog wasn't interested. Thus location needs training. The buffalo store on Delaware is on point everytime. The seneca st store in west seneca is on point every time. I obviously order from jims a lot. I'd rather anywhere in tonawanda than jims on Belmont.

So good. I had a Philly Steak with Cheese. It was incredible. Price is great too.

I visited here at lunch. The restaurant was clean. The food was good, but a little high priced. A large steak sub, onion rings and fountain drink were $16. Probably better for a late night than for lunch. The counter person could have been more inviting, she didn't seem to want to reccomend one thing over another.
