You can't rush perfection, It's comforting knowing your getting quality ingredients and not preservative enriched products that most of the franchise places offer. Besides over the weekend, especially this weekend, and knowing that the wawa next door is under renovation, 20 minutes seems reasonable. Besides, the staff is always working hard and very friendly.
You can call ahead luckily we have choices.... Unfortunately none of them can compare with quality you get at sharky's. If in in rush I'm probably not going there especially on weekend but I will carve out time to go there rather than get an inferior bagel or sandwich
Order ahead or prepare for a wait depending on the day. But honestly for me I don't mind the wait. There isn't a better place on the map in my opinion. Actually I'll be heading the soon thanks 4 the idea lol. Enjoy your weekend
