Spent a year here and it wasn’t too bad. The major cons I did have were the bugs! The exterminator barely came around and when he did he’ll do a quick spray in bathroom and bedroom and be done. Bugs don’t freak me out that much but my apartment had a huge Centipede problem! Long black and had antennas 😩 I also had a major wasp problem. There are holes in the bricks of the building where wasps would lay their hives. Then they would come through the cracks around my windows. Another con would be me finding the previous tenants papers and info on top of the cupboards in the kitchen. They don’t clean those. Also I have a kid so I ran the bath a lot. Paint started chipping about 8/9 months in. They paint the bath tubs between each tenant. AND the water gets boiling HOT so be careful with the kiddos. I burned myself a couple times washing dishes. Also you need a doctors note for the heat to be turned up passed 72 and I had a lower level apartment meaning it was cold majority of the time. So I started using an electric slim standing heater that’s turns….. the socket it was in started sparking one night . Moved the heater into the living room and the same happed. Maintenance advices me to not use heaters in their buildings…. Oh and parking was good go my guests but others won’t be so lucky. I suggest not moving into a middle building if you like having company. Guest parking is at either end of the complex. The price the ask for rent now is not worth it. Especially if you have kids! Not convenient at all. Besides all of the cons the place isn’t bad to live in… they just need to fix the the minor details.

Been here 6 months. Last Sunday I noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. Emailed the office on Monday morning with pictures of the drooping ceiling. We do send all applications to a screening company that checks many different factors besides credit score. With this and the credit score in mind, the company uses a scoring system to determine the applicant’s eligibility, so we do not require a certain credit score.

No elevators to apartments here. The first floor and some 2nd floors are handicap accesable from what ive seen.
