You have to wait 1 hr to eat a burger with 10 empty tables that are supposedly close for customers. They told you have to wait 30 minutes and when the time passes and you ask again they say 30 more minutes. Very bad customer service in this place

Went there since it was the only food place in the outlets, we were not greeted, we waited a while just to be seated, there wasn’t that many people either, as we were walking to our table one of the servers said a racist remark to a child who was asking for napkins, this person was rude and immature, the food was bad, not enough fries, they were stale. Never coming here again. Don’t recommend.

Keep in mind friendly’s is one of my favorite places to go to but not today We got there around 6:30 we couldn’t sit down cause I guess it was overcrowded so we had to go takeout. First I got my food got all the way home and they forgot to put something in my bag so I had to go all the way back. We got what we supposed to have gotten but we get home to eat are food and this was not good at all my ice cream was all wrong … I’m not happy at all

First Time eating here and the experience wasn't that bad. My family really enjoyed themselves and it was a last min outing. The service was quite pleasant. We went in w a party of 8 and the food came out Hot and we didn't have to wait long neitherVeronica, thanks for stoppin’ by our Blackwood family restaurant!
