Do they have a Executive Chef there?

Yes. He has over 40 Years experience and the food has been much better. Great soups. You have to try his Greek inspired" chicken lemon rice soup. Incredibly delicious

I agree with Mr.Sturgis' comment.

It's a diner Not A Fine Food restaurant. If you're looking for an executive chef you need to go a little more upscale.
