I took my clothes to this laundromat for dropoff service & not only am I missing clothes they ruined over $200 worth of clothes!! The manager is never available when I have called & gone up there to have a conversation about the issue. Unprofessional

Sorry to hear about your experience and we do like to treat our customers the best possible way we can. I talked to manager she knew about this situation and she said she explain you about your clothes the way it came and we always check the weight of clothes before and after for drop off order and it was perfect
