I'm changing from 5 stars to 1 star. The last time I came they allowed a homeless crack addict to stretch out across 4 chairs and sleep in the place. The time before that he was asleep in the massage chairs? Normally, I love this place, but the bathroom also has no paper towels, no toilet paper or hand soap. I also had to wait for a very slow filling toilet to fill up from the person before me, before I could even flush with the handy shoestring they provided tied to the guts inside the toilet??? NOT 24 HOURS and is now closed on Tuesdays. I've been coming here for two years EVERY week, but I'm thinking it's coming time for me to move on...

This is crazy people People destroy things for a good people. People who work Hard to get their money. I will say there was No Hand Soap for customers and the Water that came from the sink was very COLD. It is February 2022, come on, customers deserve less warm water to wash their hands not ice cold water, smh.
