The broth can be vegetable base, however all the veggie soups come with eggs and maybe cured fish (naruto). Make sure to explain to them that you want vegan and not vegetarian. A lot of people do not know the difference.
Not to my knowledge. All the noodles I have seen on the menu are egg based. They have vegetarian for sure
They have a Vegetarian Shio Ramen but I don't think they have vegan unless you forgo Egg. The broth used may be another problem though for you
They have vegetarian ramen but I think they all come with half an egg. Just ask for no egg
I think they do, you need to make sure you tell them no egg as that probably is the only non-vegan think they add. I would also check if the noodle itself has any egg content before ordering. You can order anything on menu and tell them no meat.
