We saw the video of your restaurant employee discriminating against a black child. Why does the dress code only apply to the black kid when the white kid had on the same type of clothing?

I disagree. Though I believe that the biased treatment against that black child was APPALLING; this is an upscale establishment which has a dress code. This wasn't the fault of the child. However, the parents should have known better by making themselves aware of that dress code. Athletic clothing does not belong in that type of establishment.
