It's still 36th street so it can be pretty busy at anytime. You can usually find a few spots within a block.
I agree with Mike. Parking along the Avenue is generally pretty easy, but can be challenging at times. Parking in the neighborhoods is challenging all the time.
You can park pretty easily along the Ave using paid parking. Friday evening would be harder at that time. Free parking back in the neighborhoods is also.an option, but you have to hunt for it.
