Pulled up to drive thru to orderat 11:35 pm was told by attendant that they are switching shifts & the next orders cant be taken for 15 minutes.. Is this normal business practices??? Its is now 12am an no answer from attendant

OMG that don't make any sense at all but if I was you I will call the corporate office tomorrow morning put in a complaints and the next time you go to any McDonald's it will definitely be on them
