The best way to get help would be to fill out the pavilion request form at https://livevibrant.com/pavilion-reservations and you can ask there, the reservation isn't completed until payment is received. A volunteer will follow up with any questions you have!
There are two different ones and there both quite big we were a party of 20 and there was still alot of tables. And both are covered there are only a few that are not .
