Do you need to make reservations? Are there steps to climb or is there a handicap access?

I would make reservations if you go in the evening, especially weekend nights.

We didn't need reservations when we showed up and is handicap accessible.

There are multiple handicap entrances, easily wheelchair accessible

You do not need to make reservations, but expect a short wait on days with especially nice weather, since the golf course next to the restaurant will be popular. If I recall correctly, there are no handicap entrances, so you will need to climb stairs.
