There is a lodge with food for sale, restrooms and warming stations. Attached is a large deck with picnic tables. The best spot for watching the tubing action would be the fire pit located next to the tubing lanes.

No lodge. U will be in the cold. There's a small snack bar close by
I don't think it faces the tubing section. You can definitely see the slopes from them though!
