As an international student starting at Penn State as a freshman, can i get a driving licence? what do i need to do & bring?

As an international student you need physical fitness test (from uhs), SSN, passport, I20 , two different adresss proofs (SSN+lease). First prepare for knowledge test (using DMV app/ YouTube videos). Second, go to their website and register for knowledge test. Take the test. Once passed you can register for road test for any later date (6months max) Rent a car with 4 other friends and take one driver license holder with you for test. (Tip-the route is fixed for road test. So practice on that route beofre test).

Passport,ID birth certificate, once your identity is established you have pass an eye exam, knowledge test and road skills test (driver's test in vehicle )
