Yes they do but you might want to check what size boots they offer. Most resorts only have a limited amount of small sizes. I would suggest calling ahead.
My son is an instructor there,he said he didn't think there is a age limit. He also said that you should make sure you share as much info as possible when signing up for lessons. Get lessons taken care of early instead of last minute,this way you can get a good match for your young one.
