Yes you can buy a gun at the Jackal tactical store at the field. To get all the equipment you need anywhere between $200-$350.
Jackal tactical is the field store. He also owns a store in Lebanon pa with a bigger selection of guns and accessories. Paul Whitman is the owner very nice guy will help you with all your needs.
There is a shop there on walk on days and they do have a select choice of guns. I'm not sure what the price ranges are.
