The dock is not right out side, but down a bit. There was a big boat docked there that said not for hire, and I observed it go under the bridge, which had to be opened for it. My guess would be the owner is someone who lives in the lux townhomes nearby, but the restaurant could tell you. There were no other boats on the river docked nearby.
Dont know. Don't go there by boat. I would call restaurant.
