No they are closed on Saturday and sunday.
They are usually do not open in the weekend. Monday through Wednesday are the best days to go. Other days might be just video. Google Herr Snack Factory online for more information.
No. They do tours Monday - Friday. Better to go earlier in the week if possible. They only run the different lines until they have filled the orders for that week. I've gone on Thursdays and Fridays and some of the lines are not running because they made what they need. You still get to see everything, it's just that it not everything is running.
