This team was recommended to me by our regular cleaning team. We needed a tile floor to be refinished, and the carpet in an apartment cleaned up between tenants. Both projects were done according to our scheduling needs, and with great professionalism. The results were great. The techs were hard working and friendly, plus the sales and management team was very involved in helpful ways. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford.

My house was severely damaged by a tornado. Serv Pro wasn’t careful with, or respectful of my things, or my home. They started the take down BEFORE they’d put everything in the pod. Plaster was tracked and spread throughout the house. They left portions of water damaged walls and other areas in place that should have been removed. I did meet a couple of employees that were nice and hard working, but overall an awful experience. Serv Pro needs to ensure that they’re hiring good, reliable workers. I will never use Serv Pro again.
