I did push the start button... I wouldn't be complaining if it was my fault. I also said something to the ladues there and they said they couldnt do anything because i paid cash and it wasnt through the app, annnnd since it wasnt recently when i finally made it back up there. They couldnt help me with the $11 wasted.
Have to make sure you push start. Attendants are extremely helpful when they are there.
The attendants are ver glad to help you. Did you push the start button? Just tell them what happened. They will help you.
Go n there between 8am and 8pm they can help you
