Most of the time if they are original pilot or Flying J truck stops they do have showers but if they are a buyout from another company it is possible that they will not have a shower
Many of them do, although I can't speak for all of them. I typically encounter Pilot Travel Centers traveling from Ohio to Kansas, and I frequently see showers there.
