I've stumbled over this listing twice. It just makes me smile band feel welcome. I don't know why, but I just have to make the trip and take a look for myself and meet these wonderful people.

Hello Jeanne, thank you for your comment, as the below person so tactfully put it this is a small park under new ownership & Management. The owners are all about making this a nicer place to visit. We have put a lot of time and money into it since December when we took over however it still has a lot to go. If you park your camper correctly you can put your awning out and enjoy the peace and quiet of our small community. Please feel free to contact us and set a reservation to see for yourself. Rate's are $30.00 a Night, $150.00 a week & $500.00 month. This includes Electric, Water, Sewer, WiFi.

Rv park sucks. Spots to close together. Can't even run out your awning without hitting the rv/trailer next door
