Owners are good people. The rent is fair. But the spots are very narrow and you can smell the septic tanks occasionally. The Wi-Fi is horrible. When it rains the ground is very soft but they have base rock on the ground trying to fix it. They are currently making improvements and I’m sure will be better over time.

If you are a full time camper and like to pay by the week this is not the rv park for you, they will rent your spot out from under you with out even talking to you about it, oh and never park on the last two rows unless you enjoy a swampy muddy mess

Lonnie, Jo, and Amanda are wonderful. We rent by the month and couldn't be more pleased with the way these 3 treat us. Respectful and helpful. We are newbies and Jo was very helpful when we moved in...in the rain. Lol Amanda is always friendly and helpful. Lonnie, well lets just say he has his work cut out for him. From trying to re-gravel, to upgrading the internet system, to trying to get people to obey the rules, he is always busy. All of this while dealing with campers that have been here longer than him, who are used to the last manager's enforcement of rules. There is another employee, but I am not sure of his name. He is very courteous and friendly also. They are truly trying to make this park great and I believe they are doing a great job. Mark & Jana #16.

The place is decent for the area. The price is amazing. Little close to highway but it's not to loud you can expect your midnight rumble strip drivers but other then that not to bad. The internet is grabbage. The place floods a little bit but they are working everyday to improve the drainage and adding rock to low spots. Zero drama and Quite I have been here for a month and plan on staying for 7 months total.

Hello Jeanne, thank you for your comment, as the below person so tactfully put it this is a small park under new ownership & Management. The owners are all about making this a nicer place to visit. We have put a lot of time and money into it since December when we took over however it still has a lot to go. If you park your camper correctly you can put your awning out and enjoy the peace and quiet of our small community. Please feel free to contact us and set a reservation to see for yourself. Rate's are $30.00 a Night, $150.00 a week & $500.00 month. This includes Electric, Water, Sewer, WiFi.

Hi Cindy, The monthly fee is $500. It will include electric, Wi-Fi, water, trash, and sewer. We are in the process of upgrading the park to offer more amenities dog parks, playground, and a guest lodge for campers to hanging out.
