How fast is the water? We are bringing a 16 year old and a 10 year old. Both have floated before, each kid will have a kayak and we have a conoe. Just want everyone to be safe and have a good time.

It's a nice place you just need to keep an eye on everybody if the water ain't real fast but fast enough

The water is up and the current is pretty strong. Floats are about an hour shorter than normal with the current being so strong. If they both can swim good shouldn't be an issue except for where the river narrows the 10year old would definitely have issues if he is not wearing a life jacket. The 16 year old could have trouble if he isn't being smart
