The cozy cabins are great and have many RV sites. It has fishing areas and ATV trails. There is a fuel station and restaurant with great food. Also a general store. Everything you need for a short or extended stay. It would be a nice place to live. Memberships are very reasonable. My nephew that's 15 just caught his first trout there after a day of off road riding on ATVs. Neither of us will ever forget this weekend.

You pay for a deed and then there are maintenance fees that you can pay monthly quarterly or annually
