I agree, they have always been kind to me. I guess you get what you give...
They have never been rude to us when we visit.

We had great service, nice people, but somehow our food turned out bad. They gave us a discount on our ticket. We will eat there again the next time we are in Branson. And I loved the gift shop upstairs!

Some times the servers are tired. We've only had one who was short with us.
