I ordered a latte, a donut, and a bagel. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through! Then they asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said no. They bring my bagel to the window and I ask for cream cheese and the lady very rudely sighs and says to pull up and they will bring it out. A BAGEL! Just give me a bagel! Then they bring it out toasted… horrible customer service! will never eat here again!!

The donuts were mediocre at best in the afternoon. We went into restaurant and it looked clean. Only 2 employees, and one was training. The male employee told us he was an Marine, yet he couldn't tell me his MOS or duty station. When I asked him where he'd been stationed, he paused with a smile then said he'd had so many concussions and explosions around him that he has memory problems. Even my wife said he does, he exclaimed. I asked him when he enlisted, he just kept saying 9-11. Because I believe in Stolen Valor, I'll never go here again, and will pass on this story to all military, vets, and all interested.

Makayla was so attentive and had lots of knowledge of how a store should be ran. Very impressive from a new hire! So glad Duncan is back open in town!! Also I 100% recommend the Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese...yum!

I ordered a large flavored latte that I've ordered countless times before, and I received a tiny 16oz cup of just milk and the smallest amount of coffee. Zero flavor. When I asked the employee, she insisted that she had made it in the correct size for a medium and with the proper ingredients. I asked for a new drink and the new one I received had so much syrup it was stark blue and made me gag.
