Would like to know why recently there is restricted access to back pavilion area now, and why is there not at least one porta potty available in the winter months? Also who administers the park?

Am disappointed about lack of access. I can't walk like I used to and can't walk across the park and the trail both. Could there at least be access to the back on Sunday during daylight? Makes it much harder for older folks to access lake and trail. Have been a visitor to park for 30+ years. Am local resident. Also just curious, how much Would it cost to have a porta potty through winter months?

The bathrooms are not heated to keep the pipes from bursting to cold weather they turn off all the water. Not enough people visit to have pay for portapotties in winter. It's pretty standard set up. Close off back pavilion in winter to the chances of vandalism to freshly painted area.
