How in the heck are you suppose to make a reservation when NO one answers the darn phone. Have been calling off and on all day, have left messages and still no response. We tried making reservations a few months ago and ended up going elsewhere.

I have never had any problem getting in touch with someone there by phone. I call for takeout all the time.

That is something to take up with management.

Never had a problem with them answering the phone. 2 rings and they answer.

How many people are you trying to make a reservation for? And for what day? You typically don’t need one unless you’ve got a large party. And all of their big events (Mother’s Day, etc.) do reservations through their website.
