I bought a Dogwood and a Flowering Calloway Crab apple last spring from Bates. The Crabapple is doing well but the Dogwood did not bud. It's brittle at the tips and shows no "life". Do you "guarantee and replace"?

This is not the place to ask questions like that. Bates will never see your question. Call them and ask. It is a little early yet for Dogwood, so maybe in a few weeks it will come to life.
