My vegetarian family, also mostly vegan, had a acceptable and delicious meal there. Most accommodating.
I have a vegan child with a lot of food allergies. The owner sat with me one night and listened, came up with some options, was able to make us a great dish that was vegan AND allergen free! Above and beyond!
Almost anything can be made vegetarian. I don't think they use fish sauce, oyster sauce on a couple dishes but its listed in the description.
They should gladly serve you a vegetarian meal, with your choice of seasons and dressings. Enjoy.
