kinda sus... I mean for a rest stop it wasn't aggressively unclean but the bathrooms were rundown and seemed like the sorta place stabbings could happen... thankfully nothing was going on that day

Nice, clean, but busy rest area off the highway. A good place to stop and eat, on your way to Cincinnati, OH.
