Why does it take so long to get your food when ordering from the menue?? The restaurant is not a friendly place, and is just disappointing.

I've never had a problem with order speed or service, could they have been busy? They always fix plates fresh

I eat there twice a week on average, and the longest I've ever waited for food ordered off the menu is 10 minutes max. Been going there for over 7 years!

I haven't had this problem. My food always comes out pretty quick.
