They have life jackets for the kids to use and they are free. You get them back where you rent the intertubes. You should be considerate enough to return them when you are finished with them.

Yes you can bring floaties or rent them their. There are two statiins where they offer them for free (slides and the lazy river) but you can't take them out of the area they are in
There are also two areas in the park specifically for kids. Itty Bitty Surf City is for kids under 42 in tall, usually age 3 and under. Treehouse Harbor is for the bigger kids and has all sorts of water play type things.
