Why do I have to pull forward while waiting for onion rings when they take 3 min and I sat at the window 5 minutes

All bk stores have a window timer on them.. if the customer is left sitting there longer than a minute or less the employees are SUPPOSED to pull you forward.. although I do agree you had already sat long enough waiting .. too long

That place is very very slow

Because that is how society works these days.
