To the managers of McDonald’s all over the World. Do you all allow your employees to play around in stores and have friends hang out like they are in the Clubs? Do you All have Picks and Chooses?

As a manager at McDonald's I can say I've begged my boss to let me fire the employees that behave like this but, apparently we need them so bad she just won't let me. All you have to do is show up and you get a job you don't actually have to work unless your good at the said job then you work extra hard.
