Only good thing was they voided my credit card transaction for the room charge after arguing that we weren't going to stay in a different room - on a different floor. Definitely not a place to recommended. Btw, the pool had been closed for months as of this review.

I visited a client and their pool was down for maintenance all three days I visited as was the TV on the blink but otherwise it seemed really nice.

Nice staff. Neat place. Steak was a disappointment. Ordered Porterhouse med. Over cooked and half gristle. Weird times these days but at least get a decent steak for $32. payed way more before, so price is not an issue but still $32 for gristle is a bit much. Had better at my local breakfast place. Tasted like it was in a tenderize solution like theirs as well. Fail on the steaks at a steak place not good.

Terrific Hotel, I only gave it 3 Stars for a couple of reasons: 1) The parking is very tight, especially when there are a lot of Dump trucks parked on the lot and I would have loved to take a swim before bedtime but the pool was closed. The Hotel itself, Very good, The staff stays on top of Everything, The Gentleman at the front desk check-in is a Gem, he went above & beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed, his name is Jag. Excellent place to stay, I will be staying there when I'm back in the area. Definitely one of the best I've stayed at in a while.
