The former owner was Daisy. I believe she has since sold the salon but I still go and I'm very pleased with the service. I don't recall the exact pricing but I know that I'm always very surprised at how reasonable it is.
I have never had s bad experience at Spago and their prices are very reasonable. I'd say the owner is the best but I don't recall her name. She gave me a shellac Mani one time that lasted 3 weeks and still looked perfect!
