Yes, there are. Two of the five bathroom buildings have showers. one at the east end of the Campground between Loops A & B, and one on the west end of the Campground between Loops A & C. Unfortunately they are currently unavailable for the 2021 season.
They are turned off as of 6/15/20
The website said there were, but when we were there this past weekend, did not see any.
