Its not the original saloon 10. There was a great fire years passed and with all the mudslides Deadwood has had since the 1800's it was honestly like buried under soil. The area with the saw dust is the exact replica of the saloon 10 that they got from the pictures collected. Everything was an addition. If you went there in the summer they put on a little llay that explains it all. I used to work there

This will clear up why you see yes and no answers. Yes, that building is original, but no, it is not the original actual location of the salon no. 10 where wild bill was shot. The physical location of the old #10 was actually across the street and down a little bit. The current one has its own charm, however, and they do perform entertaining reenactments multiple times a day.
