Completely contact less. Employees are masked and gloved and they have their lil stations w sanitizer etc. And its very efficient, line was wrapped around the building and I was like damn... but we were out in less than 10. They have it figured out A1
The employees at Chick-fil-A had their mask on very respectful they let you get your food they'll take your card or hand you your food and drink please pretty fast about getting through the drive-thru only ever had to wait for my food and if you are a doordasher you only have to wait for your food just for a little bit
The dining room is closed to the public and the ordering process is contactless unless you use cash (except for swiping your card). The employees are very vigilant about COVID-19 safety practices and you only ever touch your own food bags and your own card when ordering at the drive-through or for curbside.
