Usually the food here is fantastic & ive never had an issue before. However, this wasn't the case during my visit yesterday. I don't know if it was the time of my visit (8:50 pm; they close at 9) or something else but everything I ordered was terrible. The waffle fries were lukewarm, soggy & grease ladden (not a single crispy one in the whole order). My chicken nuggets also weren't hot, nor were they juicy on the inside. The breading was so hardened in places I was afraid I would hurt my teeth by them and they were so dried out internally it was like chewing cardboard. My beverage, a frozen coffee, also wasn't up to the usual par of Chick Fil A. It was missing the whipped cream I requested and by the time it was in my hands, it was more akin to chocolate milk than a frozen drink, consistency speaking. As I stated previously, things like this don't normally happen at this restaurant so I'm truly hoping it was a fluke occurrence!

The manager was amazing. We brought in a group of twenty at 740 pm. They handled it like a pro. Everyone's order was right and they went the extra mile to ensure everyone was taken care of.

Every single time I dine in I get such a welcoming experience! Amanda and Adam are the absolute SWEETEST and make sure you are taken care of. They even usually know my name and just do such a great job!

I don't get a chance to eat at a Fil-A very often but when I get s chance I try. Only my 3rd time eating at any of their locations. This place is in fire!! Drive-thru packed yet moving at a great pace, lobby not so full and moving fast, employees were nice. Food came out within 5 min of ordering and was perfect!! Well done!! Good thing I'm only in town for a day for the tournament..... otherwise I might have my name on a chair there. Just kidding.... it was great though.
