Kaitlyn. We have spoken to you on numerous occasions. Your wedding is in January. I communicated with you when you dropped the dress off that it would be several months before I would START on the dress cleaning. I had three other vintage dress cleaning ahead of yours. It was only fair to those brides for me to take care of their dresses prior to yours. Those brides had been waiting prior to you and their weddings were before your wedding in January of 2019. We have many brides we are currently working on who have been waiting the same amount of time as you and their weddings are in Spetember of this year. You and your family have called and stopped in before we have been able to complete the work 10X. We already scheduled another appointment with your mom. What have we NOT communicated at this point? Please let us know so that we can somehow communicate with you. We have many brides and many dresses to work on. There is NOTHING wrong with your dress other than we are feeling rushed.
I brought mine in only a few weeks prior to my wedding. She did a rush order for me and she did a wonderful job! My situation sounds a little different from yours, though. I would just call her and ask what's going on.
Have you tried calling her? I haven't had any issues with her. She will have my wedding dress until May of next year.
