We made a quick stop into Pie Pan before a movie. We ordered two chicken salad and fries. Both came out quickly and the fries were hot. The chicken salad and bread were fresh. The service was quick, accurate, and attentive

Decided to take a chance at the place due to the feature on Tasting the Tri-state. This morning for breakfast ordered an omelet, and biscuits and gravy. The omelet was full of meat and cheese which was good, however the egg itself was scorched brown and rubbery on the outside. The biscuit was hunky and not very done inside, and the gravy had absolutely NO taste at all, no sausage was in it, no seasoning nothing completely white! It tasted like water. I was very disappointed, did we order the wrong thing? This place is so delicious to be featured on television?? Back to Dennys or Cleavers we go.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning we were seated relatively quickly and got our food very quickly but there was a brown 4 inch hair strand in the gravy….we got the waitress’s attention to fix it then had to wait on biscuits to cook then they didn’t bring his gravy all in all only saw the waitress when we flagged her down then didn’t try to or offer anything for compensation it just seemed like we were a bother. We will not be back.

This place is ridiculously delicious. I went here for the first time and was blown away at how great the food was and the coffee is way too good to mention. The coffee doesn't taste burnt, like the world renound Starbuck [gross], Pie Pans Coffee helps to complete the experience of an amazing meal. The only downside and reason for giving it 4 stars is due to the biscuits, they were very dense and not soft and fluffy. So biscuits and gravy is off the menu for me. Everything else is amazing.

Tonya Gee the reason for the hours not being listed is because the Pie Pan recently sold and has been closed for remodeling. I am an avid customer of Pie Pan and I think they are opening soon. As soon as I get a chance to go to the Pie Pan I most certainly will post the hours. Perhaps some new pictures about their updates.
I cannot tell you their name but I know that she has worked for the Pie Pan as a waitress for years. I understand also that the former owner will be staying on for awhile to help the new owner to transition. I was promised the same excellent food as before with perhaps some changes. Hope this helps.
Like all restaurants, our entire staff wears masks while working. We are also sanitizing menus and social distancing. Thankfully, our restaurant is large and we are able to space tables. We ask that patrons wear masks when entering, exiting or moving around the restaurant. We follow every health department guideline set in place before and after Covid.
The only way i can find would be to call the restaurant. They have nothing on their menu or website.
