This is a very sad taco bell the last 3 or 4 times I've been there it's either closed at 5 in the afternoon or it will be a 20 minute wait. They have actually closed with people in the line and refuse to take the order. Place needs a lot of help

Agreed. OR they are out of beef, cheese, beans or nacho fries. Its ridiculous.
And i think its everytime i been there that we wait a good 15 minutes for our food...no matter how much we order.
