Stopped in because my hiking boots weren’t the greatest and were bothering my feet. Pleasantly surprised the gas a select of hiking boots and shoes as the one near me stopped carrying any. They were also on sale so that was a bonus.

Kohl's is awesome if you're able to navigate there sales and their Kohl's cash! Last time I was in there I had had a $10 Kohl's cash that hits fired today before and I was informed if I would bring that Kohl's cash in physically to the store that it would be honored up to 10 days after expiration date.

Worst customer service I've ever seen at ANY store. Line of 15 people slow check out, go to the other end of store, was "customer service" 4 people standing there but would not help. Left without purchase do to zero help at registers. This store would do better to fire EVERYONE and start over. Or maybe stop hiring 20 somethings with zero work ethic. As a CEO I would be ashamed and discussed to see how much money this store is losing my business.

One of the urinals in the men’s restroom is broken. Some items do not have prices, and the price check machine did not work. Google Maps says the Kohl’s carries homewares, but they do not sell waste baskets.
