With parental permission. You need to take your ID/license and hers if she has one. You can also take birth certificate. You need to prove your her parent. I think it's $30-35.

I took my daughter there to have her belly pierced & she was very happy. I gave parental permission. From what i remember the piercing was a set price but the the jewelry were individually priced. Just be careful showering & drying off because my daughter lost her hoop somehow during the process.
