I have been coming here since I've moved out here. Did the owners or management change? The past 2 times I came here the steak was mostly fatty pieces of cheap meat. Also I was told I have to pay for extra sauce which is fine.

I believe that it has. I went there and ordered to go. When I got home they had forgotten the chips and salsa that I paid for. I called them and he wanted Me to come all the way back and get it. I said "No I'm going to eat the rest of my food while it's still hot and fresh. I asked to be put on a list and next time I order I'll get them. The old management would have been fine with this. Not this guy that I talked to....he wasn't going to honor it unless I picked it up that night. I always order 3 meals and extra chips and salsa. Now I order them from Mi Tierra.

The owners have been the same since they opened but they recently replaced all the staff. I was a 2-3 time per week regular and they knew my order by heart. From what I was told by the old employees, the owners want to make more money and felt the staff was too comfortable with the patrons(not charging for small sauces or peppers and such). With new staff and new cooks I will agree that the food and service has taken a huge hit. They also now charge a convienence fee if paying with a debit or credit card no matter what the total. They have cut their hours and the portion sizes as well. I weekly picked up 12 bags of chips and 32oz of salsa and guacamole for coworkers as well as yearly for my daughters birthday but have recently stopped. The quality of the food is acceptable but not what it once was. With higher prices and lower quality, they have lost a decent amount of business. I only eat here when I don’t want to drive further as there is not another Mexican place close.
