Why does White Castle have a hard time giving customers bbq sauce?

I find that there are so many people working at ff places that items like this are often forgotten. I just check before I leave places. My location asked if I needed sauce or marinara before I left. I did not. Also, turnover is high in ff industries. Just double check and ask!!
